Financial Services
The Department of Financial Services is responsible for the fiscal operations of the School Division. The major functions are accounting, auditing, budget, payment of bills, payroll, purchasing, and supply services.
Budget Preparation and Performance Budget Assistance
All school principals, bookkeepers, and central office budget holders are invited to attend a Budget Preparation Assistance Session. Assistance will be available during the dates and times listed below:
February 8, 2012 from 1 – 4 p.m.
All sessions will be held at the Edward L. Kelly Leadership Center, Room 1502-A. Please register for a session via email to Cyndi Hausmann, hausmack@pwcs.edu with your desired date and time (the number of seats per class is limited).
